Young Professionals of Augusta Alumni Membership
Membership
The purpose of the YPA Alumni Membership is to continue engaging our previous active members as they continue to advance in their careers and community leadership roles. Alumni members will have access to exclusive events, some regular YPA events, and have an alumni digital membership card that will grant full access to our YPerks program.
Process
YPA Alumni ages 41+ can become official Alumni members through a brief application process through Association Sphere, just like regular membership. In addition, alumni will need to list their year(s) of YPA membership as part of the application process. Alumni members need to have been an individual or corporate member in good standing for at least 12 months. The cost is $50 a year payable through Association Sphere.
Benefits
YPA Alumni members can attend all regular social events and service projects. In addition, there will be specific alumni membership events exclusive for alumni members.
After someone becomes an alumni member, they can download and set up their digital membership card to gain access to the YPerks Program. Their digital membership card will also serve as check-in for our events.
Membership Card
As a veteran YPA member, we know you bring valuable professional and personal experiences. You would be included in a cohort of fellow alums that you and your fellow alumni would be called upon for mentorship with our active YPA members as well as be tapped for speaking opportunities with our current YPA members and at our events.
Giving Back
YPA Alumni Members would also have preferred status towards being part of the YPerks network of business partnerships. Your business and perk will be listed on the YPA website, through our digital membership card, and promoted at our meetings and through our socials.
