Dr. Roberts brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, leadership experience, and spiritual wisdom to the conversation. A certified executive trainer, entrepreneur, and lecturer at Augusta University’s Hull College of Business, she’s passionate about helping others navigate the often unwritten rules of workplace success. Dr. Roberts is the founder of SMR Leadership Solutions, LLC, where she works with organizations to cultivate peaceful, productive, and profitable workplaces. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University, where she is also pursuing her PhD in Leadership.
